I would recommend and use this hotel again I am a repeat visitor. I would not recommend that you take a room near the stairs to the pool.The traffic and the noise form children going to the was very annoying. We asked for a wake up call which never came. Fortuately we were up on time.

The hotel is clean, small and away from the noise of downtown Playa. The location is a $4.00 cab ride away from the action but also away from the party noise at night. We could also park underground or above ground in full sight of the security guard. We felt safe. We were only looking for a good place to stay for a short term.

This hotel is a great bang for your buck! the beds are comfy and the staff is friendly, offering excellent service. Its location is fantastic if you have a car, as it is located near a highway, making it easy to get around. it is far away from the touristy areas, which can be a good thing, as there are some nice and affordable restaurants nearby.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. if you're sensitive to noise, know that the walls are thin.

Hotel was very clean & quiet. Not luxury & not close to the beach in Playa but close enough considering the very modest price for the area. Hotel provides a free taxi ride to the beach. Customer pays for the return at $4-5 presently. This is a great find considering Room/Parking/Breakfast/Beach Taxi all at a fraction of what other hotels in town are charging! The staff was friendly & helpful.

the room was very clean and the situation of the hotel is very good.You are near the center of Playa del carmen but if you want to go to Xcaret, xelha, etc..., the location is perfect

Loved the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The free shuttle service to downtown was a great bonus, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the standard amenities provided in the room, including the mini-fridge and TV with multiple channels. The location is not too far from the beach and shopping areas, making it an ideal spot for those who want a more affordable option without sacrificing too much convenience.

The breakfast was very basic with limited options and often the same items were served every day. The walls between the rooms were thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The hotel is NOT located where booking claims. It is located on Carretera Federal and 38 Norte, about 9 blocks from 5th avenue, which is not a pedestrian street at that height, and 11 or so form the beach. We walked those streets during daylight, but some are pretty dark at night. You can go downtown by taxi for around USD 6, and overall it's still cheaper than a decent hotel near 5th avenue. No restaurant or beach commodities, contrary to what's claimed on booking. The swimming pool pictures aren't real, it has a decent swimming pool, but not tempting. No restaurant service at the hotel neither restaurants or drugstores nearby, it's pretty isolated and a little dark, although not dangerous. The only option is to ask for a pizza delivery or for a cab to have dinner downtown.

The hotel is located next to an electrical tower which is a blessing in disguise. It blocks out the loud noise from the road and provides a unique night light that makes the whole hotel look magical. It is also within walking distance to the bus station on Avenida Quinta making it easy to get around. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and great A/C. the breakfast was basic but satisfying.

The hotel restaurant was disappointing with limited food options and slow service.

The hotel has no caracther and it is far away from the centre of Playa del Carmen, meaning that you need a taxi everytime you need to get to the city. Not good for the budget and not practical at all! We only stayed one night there and then we changed for another hotel on the 5th avenue (centre). The prices are more or less he same.

During my stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of ample parking for cars. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. The location, situated away from the crowded downtown area, allowed for a peaceful stay. I enjoyed the breakfast served on-site, which provided a variety of options.
